Love the value you bring into the world so much you are willing to sign it with your signature!

Do you ever notice art handcrafted by artisans use a special signature?

Your current service, art, or product is that special signature. 2023 may be the time to teach others how to create your art, offer a training program, or take your thought leadership to an online program. You are not alone. This curriculum program was requested by my Life Plan Review coaching students and now it's here!

This group program is great for you if you are a small business owner, solopreneur, freelancer, or artist and you:

  • Have a big desire to scale your service/program/product but don’t have a strategic or master plan to build your training/marketing program

  • Find scaling your product or service always gets placed at the bottom of your priority list

  • Are feeling scattered in a million directions

  • Are working in isolation

As a newly minted entrepreneur, I have leveraged 10 years of teaching experience to develop a curriculum for you.  My teachers have been Chris Smith from the Campfire Effect, Joanna Lindenbaum from the Curriculum Lab, and numerous books such as Selling with Love!

I want you to love your product/service and the value you bring to the world and feel confident you can have a wider reach. You can use your organized curriculum content for marketing messages, social media, blogs, and future pieces of training. Work harder now to work smarter later.

What happens when you create a quality curriculum:

  • Take all your thought leadership from out of your head

  • Organize years of experience into a big training program or use the process again and again to create mini-lessons

  • Increase your confidence in scaling your product or services

  • Use your authentic voice to create your marketing message

  • Free up more time and step out of the fee-for-service business model

  • Beta-test the program and create new and better versions year after year!

The Program Includes:

10 Course Modules

Weekly Live Classes (90 Min)

Do you work for yourself, or have a side hustle? Accountability and support are the key factors in:

  • Closing the gap between what you plan to do in your life and what you actually get done

  • Getting to the core of what you want to do

  • Taking the time to self-reflect and self-monitor your life/business

  • Stop the feeling you are on an island alone

  • Practice the success principals

  • Get out of busyness and inactivity

  • Get clear about your next steps and set goals to close out 2023!

The members from my summer 12-week coaching series shared that their favorite aspect of group coaching was accountability and support. So this is what I want to bring into the Fall of 2023, more community support to get to where we what to go with our lives and business. The more diverse the group the better! Learn more about purpose, productivity and success coaching by clicking on the button below:)

I've been noodling around the intersection of distraction, avoidance, and purpose for months now. Finally, my process lines up beautifully with the winter season and the elements of water.

Just like the seasons we each have our natural rhythm.

Yet our culture continues to pull us out of our natural rhythms.

Technology is making our world exponentially faster for good and for bad. Our minds and bodies struggle to pace.

We typically do one of two things when overwhelmed:

We either distract and avoid our purpose or

We try and keep pace while we mow over our emotions and body signals

We can keep going, but then our bodies will throw up the stop signs. So whether the stop sign is by way of your brain (distraction, avoidance, low motivation) or by way of your body (autoimmune flare-ups, skeletal disorders) we need to Slow It Down.

If you tend to avoid, procrastinate, or conversely charge head-on without stopping: this program is for you!

Winter Program 2023

Winter is a time for hot tea, a warm blanket, and some introspection.

Why don’t together, as a group, we pause all the things we should get done and instead remove the debris first? Clear the muddy waters as my Functional Nutrition teacher likes to say.

Take out the trash.

Dump the manure.

If you regularly forget to pause, you will find yourself ripping down more calendar months or years without seeing any desired changes. It’s time to turn your head toward your old patterns.

It’s a big, huge ask.

But when you reduce the friction and let go of your old ways, you can finally make the huge, big step you are seeking toward transformational change.

The one you have been needing to make but avoiding.

In my Winter Program where we will explore slowing down to speed up. As a group will be examining the inner barriers to success in well-being while providing the accountability and support you need to burst open for the Spring of 2023!

The program will have weekly modules and a mix of both cognitive and functional nutritional tips!

Program Details:

  • January 18th-March 20th

  • 10 Weeks

  • 10 Online Course Modules

  • In-person and

  • Via Zoom (Virtual Option)

"The hard way is rarely harder in terms of daily effort, but it is often harder psychologically.

It requires:

- thinking long-term
- removing limiting beliefs
- avoiding the lure of status and approval
- trusting that small things will lead to big things.

It’s a mental battle."

James Clear
