WHAT IS THE WINTER PROGRAM ALL ABOUT?
I've been noodling around the intersection of distraction, avoidance, and purpose for months now. Finally, my process lines up beautifully with the winter season and the elements of water.
Just like the seasons we each have our natural rhythm.
Yet our culture continues to pull us out of our natural rhythms.
Technology is making our world exponentially faster for good and for bad. Our minds and bodies struggle to pace.
We typically do one of two things when overwhelmed:
We either distract and avoid our purpose or
We try and keep pace while we mow over our emotions and body signals
We can keep going, but then our bodies will throw up the stop signs. So whether the stop sign is by way of your brain (distraction, avoidance, low motivation) or by way of your body (autoimmune flare-ups, skeletal disorders) we need to Slow It Down.
Winter is a time for hot tea, a warm blanket, and some introspection.
Why don’t together, as a group, we pause all the things we should get done and instead remove the debris first? Clear the muddy waters as my Functional Nutrition teacher likes to say.
Take out the trash.
Dump the manure.
If you regularly forget to pause, you will find yourself ripping down more calendar months or years without seeing any desired changes. It’s time to turn your head toward your old patterns.
It’s a big, huge ask.
But when you reduce the friction and let go of your old ways, you can finally make the huge, big step you are seeking toward transformational change.
The one you have been needing to make but avoiding.
In my Winter Program where we will explore slowing down to speed up. As a group will be examining the inner barriers to success in well-being while providing the accountability and support you need to burst open for the Spring of 2023!
The program will have weekly modules and a mix of both cognitive and functional nutritional tips!

I typically work with clients in their 20s-50s who are in a health or career transition and want to integrate long-lasting changes.
HOW LONG ARE THE COACHING SESSIONS?
90 min for a total of 10 weeks
Begins Wednesday, January 18th
Ends Wednesday, March 22nd

What happens when you intentionally embrace winter:
Winter is associated with the element of water
When the element of water is balanced in our lives we easily manage our emotions (particularly fear and anger)
We continue making steps on our purpose rather than avoid
We listen to the responses of our bodies and emotions and disern appropriate next steps in our life or in our business
When we become balanced we can take more hits along the way! And have more courage and wisdom to stay strong amidst our change:)

WHAT IS THE LIFE PLAN REVIEW (FALL PROGRAM) ALL ABOUT?
Based on the work of Master Coach, Marshall Goldsmith, (who was a local San Diegan for over 30+ years btw) join me in Lifetime Coaching's Life Plan Review (LPR) Group until the end of the year.
The LPR Framework:
In-person weekly 90-min meetings in Solana Beach, CA
Max 5 members
Group Facilitation and follow-up by your Lead (Me!)
Answer 6 accountability questions weekly and rate your level of completion
10 Online Course Modules to increase productivity and reduce distraction
1:1 Coaching as requested
Memberships are available to use the sound/vibration/radio frequency/ water ionizer machines to increase cellular vibration and energy
The LPR framework is designed to close the gap between what you plan to do in your life and what you actually get done. It consists of a simple plan— 1) weekly meetings where you answer fixed questions to improve your life/business. 2) receive accountability and support from a diverse group of fellow self-employed individuals.

The LPR is not therapy. It’s a gathering of successful people with shared goals for the future-not a venting session. “Successful” doesn't mean people measured solely by their impressive following or paycheck.
The group is best served by a mix of people from different industries who share the same optimism about getting better. We are not a group of victims or martyrs.
